This policy provides a framework of expectations for equality, diversity and inclusion at the Institute, in line with the Equality Act 2010.
The Environmental policy is a plan for sustainable and environmentally friendly operations at the Institute.
We have developed this policy to provide guidelines on standards for Wylam Institute social media in:
a) supporting and promoting the Institute,
b) assisting trustees, volunteers and the public to protect the Institute and its reputation,
c) to avoid any legal issues as much as we can.
The Privacy Statement advises hirers, customers, employees, volunteers and visitors how the Institute will collect, store, use, share, protect and process personal data.
The safety and security of all individuals and hirers using the Institute is a primary concern and all hirers are asked to ensure they have read key policies and the hire agreement before holding an event.
Additional policies will be added to this section in time. If you require sight of a particular policy, please contact the Institute office or complete a general enquiry form on this website.
