Our existing boiler for the ground floor is 16 years old and required substantial repairs so we decided to have this replaced. We're very happy that the work could be carried out in the summer when the heating isn't needed. The boiler heats the radiators in the Swindale and Blackett halls and other ground floor areas.
The boiler is fitted with a wireless clock which will be set to heat the hall for times when it is being used. If you are using the hall and have an issue with the heating, please get in touch with a Caretaker or the office (numbers on notice board). Please don't attempt to adjust the settings yourself.
