Our online calendar and booking system is now live on the website in the Bookings tab.
You can view availability to the end of the year and check out if a date is available for a booking. If you would like to make a booking, click on the + button in the top right-hand corner of the date you want, and follow the booking form. You'll need to register if you're a first time user, but after this the process should be straightforward.
Bookings are provisional until the Institute sends you a confirmation email, as we have to check there's no maintenance or other work planned, or other bookings that were already in for the same date. Bookings are strictly on a first-come-first-served basis, with the exception of our classes and groups that meet on a regular date.

As always with a new system, there will be some teething issues while we embed the process. Please bear with us and we'll try our best to make this a smooth transition.
