Our facilities

The hall as a whole has a licensed total capacity for 180 people standing or 105 seated. It is well-equipped and is a versatile and welcoming space.   The modular staging is not fixed and this makes for greater flexiblility.

We now have a very handy bar area which doubles up as a mini kitchen for serving teas and coffees etc adjacent to the main hall in the new extension 

Looking for a unique place to celebrate your wedding?  Why not go for something a bit different from the usual wedding venues and save a few pennies on the way? 

We regularly host Northumbrian evenings featuring music, comedy, recitations etc as well as a range of drama and music productions via Highlights Rural Touring.  

Yoga and Pilates classes are available

 8 moveable wooden sections measuring in total: 1.83m (6ft) x 4.88 (15ft10”) x 0.36m (14”) high. Each sections is 91cm x 122cm (3ft x 4ft).

We are keen to ensure that everyone can use the hall. A recently extended ramp to the main doors allows full access.  The emergency exit also has ramp egress. A new fully accessible, multi-use toilet, with baby changing facilities, was installed in 2020. 

We have a basic kitchen with all the usual facilities found in a home plus a few more -  electric oven/hob, small microwave, 2 sinks, water boiler and cutlery and crockery sufficient for 100 places
