Following our AGM, we want to update you on some necessary changes to our hire rates. Due to significant increases in our running costs, including a nearly 50% rise in the biomass heating charge, alongside similar increases in electricity and insurance, we need to adjust our pricing to ensure the sustainability of our facilities.
New Hire Rates (Effective from April 1st 2025)
- Regular Users: £12.50 for the first hour, then £10 per hour thereafter.
- Community Groups: Flat rate of £20 per session.
- Private Hire: £20 for the first hour, then £10 per hour thereafter.
- Kitchen Use: Additional £5 per session.
We understand that price increases are never ideal, but they are necessary to cover rising costs so we can continue providing a well-maintained space for our community. We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
