Welcome to Longhorsley Village Hall!
Longhorsley village is just 7 miles north of Morpeth on the A697, serving the village and surrounding farms and hamlets.
Originally built in 1988, Longhorsley Village Hall was extended and refurbished in 2009 and quickly became the hub of village life. The Hall is a registered charity run by a Management Committee made up of volunteers from our community. Funds, to maintain the building and pay the bills, are raised through hire charges, fundraising and grants.
There are two halls - a Main Hall and a Side Hall - a kitchen with a serving hatch, and toilets, including a disabled toilet. Externally there is a ramp to give disabled access and a car park with 28 spaces, 2 of which are for disabled parking near to the ramp. There is also a Defibrillator on the external wall beside the front entrance.
Either or both halls can be booked. In normal times both halls are regularly used for a variety of groups, classes, meetings, theatre, music and social events as well as private parties.
