My weekly Pilates Class starts back in Hexham on Friday. It is suitable for beginners and those who have practiced before. All ages welcome.
Class time 11am-12 noon on Fridays.
Cost £10 pp / per class
Venue - Torch Centre - directly opposite Hexham Hospital
What do I need? A yoga / Pilates mat and a water bottle.
