We are delighted to tell all our users, that we have now been granted Hallmark 2 status by Community Action Northumberland.
This ensures, not only is our governence correct, but also our Policies and proceedures.
The hall is safe, warm and fit for purpose. A bit like an OFSTED report for schools or a star rating for hotels.
As part of the process we undertook both an energy survey and accessibility survey. We are now making a few changes to improve in these areas, as much as we can in a grade 2 listed building, without losing the charm and character we believe our hall has.
