Ideal for

There is a smaller room, known as the Reading Room, which is ideal for small meetings.  It measures 6.3m x 4.5m

The main hall has a sprung wooden floor and is ideal for exercise classes.

This was part of the original early eighteenth century manor house and contains the original Georgian panelling.       

We have hosted weddings, although we do not have a licence for the actual service to be held in the premises.

Key facilities

There is a ramp at the front of the building to allow access in to the building.  We have a accessible toilet and a ramp leading from the foyer to the Reading Room.  The rest of the building is on one level.

The main hall is a large open space 13.3m long by 7.5m wide.  There is a raised stage area which measures 4.5m x 1.8m.  This can be extended using a multi stage.

We have a music licence for the playing and performing of music at the premises.

We also have a Premises Licence, no. NPR/1204 which allows us to host the following Monday to Sunday 0800hrs to 0100hrs: 

Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Boxing or Wrestling, Live Music, Recorded music, Performance of Dance, Facility for Making Music, Facilities for Dancing and the supply of alcohol.

The hall is licenced to be open Monday to Sunday, 0800hrs to 0200hrs, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and New Years Day. 

We have 14 large tables (182cm x 70cm) and 7 small tables (90cm x 70cm) together with 80 grey cloth covered chairs.   

There is a well equiped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, teapots, kettles, urns and enough dinner plates, tea plates, cups, saucers, glasses and cutlery to cater for 80.

There is also a PA system.

We have a kitchen (which was refurbished in 2020) that has a double electric oven, microwave, commercial dishwasher and a fridge freezer.  There is crockery sufficient to cater for 80 people (tea plates, dinner plates, cups, saucers, mugs) and cutlery (knives, forks, spoons, tea spoons) together with a selection of serving plates, cake stands and other assorted dishes.
