Thank you to all who attended and helped with the Welcome Back event last Sunday - and particularly to those who made cakes and presented their tables so beautifully. We were fortunate to have a perfect day, not too hot but hot enough to enjoy being both in and out of doors. Thanks too to those who lent gazebos and marquees which provided shade and made the hall grounds look very festive making us believe that slowly our lovely village is coming back to life. Also thanks to North Tyne Voices who sang several very appropriate songs including Bring Me Sunshine - something we have all needed and looked forward to. Many thanks again to everyone.
