The Trustees reserve the right to adjust charges on a case by case basis depending on the individual circumstances of the hirer, for example charitable status. For ease of financial arrangements, the Trustees may agree a set annual rate with a hirer for a series of bookings which are known a year in advance. The Hall holds a premises licence which allows Trustees the discretion to award hirers permission to engage in licensable activities, principally the sale of alcohol at an event. Hirers wishing to do so will be asked to pay an additional charge of £18 per event, which will be used to help offset the cost of the annual licence fee.
