Community Easter party for pre-school children plus families.

On Monday 8th April a group of enthusiastic young children with one or more parent in attendance braved the April showers to come to an Easter party at the village hall.  The children enjoyed games, crafts and an Easter egg hunt in the garden, while mums and dads were able to enjoy coffee and biscuits.  The party was organised by Glynis Murray-Hill, and as this was a trial run the number of children was capped at 15.  It was such a success however that Glynis is hoping to organise another session in the summer holidays when hopefully the weather may allow more outdoor activities and numbers can be increased.
