Hire Charges
We offer competitive hire charges for a wide range of uses, with discounts for residents, regular users, multi room and extended hour bookings. Our Standard Hire Charges are in the document below. Further discounts are available for bookings between 4 and 8 hours and over 8 hours. If your requirements are not covered then please contact the Booking Secretary at bookframhall@gmail.com.
Booking Arrangements
We use the Hallmaster booking system. You can check the weekly diary for availabilty and then make a provisional booking from within the diary, using the "view our availability" button on the right. (Please note that provisional bookings will have an indicative cost using our highest standard rates, the final cost with any discounts will be applied when we confirm the booking.)
Provisional bookings are automatically sent to our Booking Secretary who will then email back with confirmation or any queries.
