Acklington Community Team hosts a wide variety of events and activities through the year for the interest, enjoyment and benefit of all members of the local community - and visitors are always made very welcome! To receive details of forthcoming events sign up to our mailing list here.
A friendly group gets together each month (usually on a Tuesday evening), and enjoys talks and demonstrations from a wide range of interesting speakers.

This popular movement class is usually held from 10-11 on Friday morning, Led by Charlie Dunee and Lily Horgan of Meta4 Dance, a locally based contemporary dance company. For more information click here.
There are two pilates sessions held each Tuesday morning led by qualified local instructor Lesley Henderson. They run from 9.30-10.30 and 10.45-11.45.
The local Anglican church of St John the Divine, located a stone's throw from the Village Hall, often holds fairs and events in the hall - and even services when the heating breaks down in winter! You can find out more on their Facebook page.
The WEA regularly runs fascinating courses on a variety of topics in the hall, which are generally very well-attended, with participants coming from far and wide.
